Q: What languages do you translate to and from?
A: We offer translation services in any language pair you may require.

Q: Do you have capabilities to translate multiple files into multiple languages at the same time?
A: Yes, we have a web portal which makes multiple file transfer easy and reliable. This is not an FTP site. This is a very user-friendly site, very much like a common web page, with secure features and capability to handle very large or numerous files.

Q: Can I send my documents, CDs, etc. to be translated via courier?
A: Yes, you can send your documents via courier. Please contact us before sending any documents to make the necessary arrangements and to allow us to give you the necessary instructions.

Q: Do you have guidelines for designing translation-friendly documents?
A: Yes, and we will be happy to help your content designer create documents that will make the translation process easier, saving you time and money. Just to mention one aspect: English is a much more compact language than others and extra space is needed to accommodate the target language(s).

Q: What is the difference between a translator and an interpreter?
A: A translator provides a written version in the target language. The interpreter provides an oral and immediate version in the target language.

Q: What are the factors determining the cost of translation?
A: Translation costs depend upon the particular discipline of your document (medicine, engineering, law, etc.), its complexity, the language pair, original format (editable or non-editable), turnaround time, etc.

Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Yes, individual discounts can be considered for large volume projects or continuous work.

Q: Will separate charges be added if my document includes graphics/images, etc.?
A: Yes, but only if we have to create/edit graphics, images, or complex tables. The charge will vary depending upon the complexity of the additions/modifications and how much extra work is required to accomplish them.
